On Saturday, August 3, a 24-year-old was driving an all-terrain vehicle and a 28-year-old was riding a motorbike at a Pericoe property when they were allegedly hit by a utility.
Emergency services attended the scene about 6pm.
It is believed a man in the utility, Shane Russell Smith, entered bushland off Fulligans Rd in Pericoe on foot and has not been seen since.
Police hold fears for the 50-year-old's safety and believe he may have been injured as his Toyota Landcruiser rolled during the incident.
Mr Smith is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall with a slim build.
He is clean shaven, has blue eyes and was last seen wearing a red and black flannelette shirt and shearer's pants.
While the Police Airwing, local police and State Emergency Service have scoured nearby bushland they have been unable to locate him.
Mr Smith has family ties in Victoria and may be heading interstate.
Police inquiries are continuing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
