On Saturday, August 3, a 24-year-old was driving an all-terrain vehicle and a 28-year-old was riding a motorbike at the Pericoe property when they were hit by a utility.
Emergency services attended the scene about 6pm.
The older man was flown to St George Hospital in Sydney in a serious condition with serious chest injuries while the younger man suffered minor injuries.
"Police have been told the incident came after a domestic-related dispute at a home on the property," a NSW police spokesperson said.
No arrests have been made, but the spokesperson said inquiries were continuing.
On Tuesday, August 6, a South Eastern Sydney Local Health District spokesperson said the 28-year-old was in a stable condition.
