This weekend the Nethercote Music Factory is bringing back one of their most popular events.
On Saturday, May 14, the Nethercote Music Factory will be holding their ever popular Blackboard Night.
This is a night where musicians can enjoy a great night, with PA and sound engineer provided as well as a grand piano available.
All amateur musicians are welcome to come along.
These fun “blackboard” nights attract numerous items on stage which vary from story tellers to piano accordionists, soloists to four-piece bands, of all genres of music, from ages 10 to 60, from all corners of the Bega Valley.
A tantalising supper will be available, including a free sausage sizzle and people are encouraged to bring their own refreshments.
A $5 cover charge to Phil the Pig will cover costs, and nurture the further production of this regular event to promote the future of music in the community.
The event is at Nethercote Hall and music will start around 6pm. For more information contact Carol or Brian Ahern on 6495 7507.
