While some opened on Friday, they will all officially open from Monday, March 23.
The permanent clinics will continue operation for as long as needed, until the coronavirus emergency no longer requires this sort of testing.
These clinics are in the towns of Goulburn, Queanbeyan, Moruya, Bega and Cooma.
Anyone wishing to visit these clinics must call 1800 999 880 prior to arrival, unless they are visiting the Cooma clinic where instead they must call 6455 0000.
As of 9am on Friday morning, the Southern NSW Local Health District has conducted 599 tests for the coronavirus and none have tested positive.
Details for the clinics are as follows:
South East Regional Hospital
Located in the radiology area, with a specialised marquee tent, signage and appropriate barricading in place. Follow the signs at South East Regional Hospital's main entrance. The address is 4 Virginia Drive, Bega.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 11am to 2pm.
Moruya Hospital
Moruya Pathways building (right hand side of Moruya Hospital), with the entrance through the door closest to the road. The address is 2 River St, Moruya.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm.
Cooma Hospital
Cooma Hospital & Health Service front car park, Bent Street, Cooma.
Open Monday - Friday, 11.30am - 2pm
You must call and speak to a doctor before attending on 6455 0000.
Goulburn Base Hospital
Entry is through the 'old' main entrance at Goulburn Base Hospital, 130 Goldsmith St, Goulburn.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm.
Queanbeyan
Entry at the rear of the Queanbeyan Hospital at 107 Collett St, Queanbeyan. Dedicated parking is at Erin St.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 2.30pm.
