RateMyAgent is a free-to-use website that provides recommendations, ranking and reviews for real estate agents in Australia. Sails now slots into the top seven per cent of agencies in the country according to the RateMyAgent website.

“The award is something that we are very proud of as customer service is our number one priority, something that can be often very challenging when dealing with such an emotionally and financially invested asset,” Trevor Miller said.

As an agency, Sails received around 100 reviews that gave them an average score rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars.

“We would like to thank all our vendors and purchasers for the individual feedback that they have provided it is really gratifying to receive such a great response doing something that you love,” Mr Miller said.

Sails Real Estate agent James Smith was also awarded agent of the year for the Merimbula region.
