It’s time for a shopping frenzy as businesses around town have organised an all-day shopping event in Merimbula on Saturday, December 16.

Free activities for kids, live music on the streets, stalls and displays, a barbecue and more will be happening all around town throughout the day.
Have you been naughty or nice? Santa has some treats and will begin a stroll up the main street from 10am with his helper Jingles the Elf.
The space in front of The Sundeck will have free face painting and a jumping castle for kids.
Keep your eye out for the vintage cars rolling through town while you stroll up the street to find buskers, the Rotary Club barbecue, Lions stall and emergency services displays.
A $2000 hamper of donated goods and vouchers from local businesses will be drawn at 6pm.
Shops will stay open until 6pm, so there’s plenty of time to find that last gift on the list.
Save some paper cuts and sticky tape struggles by getting your gifts wrapped at the wrapping station that will be set up in the plaza.
