Hundreds of paper flowers have been made in preparation for the Merimbula Chamber of Commerce’s spring sale on Thursday, September 29.
Called Spring to Spring, retailers will have plenty of special offers and sale items to attract holiday visitors and locals to their stores.
The day will be a shopping promotion to help boost retail spending locally and will include an ice cream eating competition, an outside broadcast from 2EC, live music, a jumping castle in the car park at Top Fun, face painting and a visit by the Rural Fire Service and vintage fire truck.
Local horticulturalist, Brent Whiter, of Tura Beach Garden Centre will be offering advice on how to get the best out of the spring garden and Australia’s leading astrologer, Milton Black will be live at Hylands Corner.
