Food for thought
Scientific information about different types of food from chillies to chocolate and oysters to sour dough revealed interesting facts about the foods, and drinks, we consume.
The show was liberally sprinkled with special science demonstrations from Dr Graham Walker who made science fun as he talked about the properties of different foods.
