Blue Mountains residents consider legal action over backyard cockatoo feeding

Neighbours have lodged a complaint with NSW's Blue Mountains council and are considering legal action over concerns a serial backyard bird feeder is causing gangs of cockatoos to spread disease, tear up timber cladding, attract rats, and disturb the peace.
