Award winners would normally be presented their trophies at a special league gala night, but COVID-19 impacts made that impossible this year with winners announced on the league's Facebook page recently.
"Losing the opportunity to do it face to face was tough, it's something everyone looks forward to, but doing it online it was engaged with pretty positively, so we're as happy as we can be," SCAFL coordinator Mitch Wallis said.
Tucker stood clear as the only standalone best and fairest winner with other grades being shared among players on equal votes - and he did it despite missing the last round.
"Division two and the juniors had wrapped up the weekend before and we were able to get all the games away that last weekend bar that one Pambula-Merimbula derby [because of impending lockdown]," Mr Wallis said.
"The fact Kyle was able to win it with that missed game at the end of the season is testament to his dominance."
Senior division runner-up was Tathra's Tyson Carracher.
In division two the headline honours went to Bega Bomber Phil Chapman and Eden Whaler Spencer Timms.
Runners-up were also shared with Bega's James Dedman and Bermagui's Sebastian Hannebery finishing square.
Two of the competition's most outstanding women's players came to the fore in the vote tally with Bermagui's Jorja Moore and Tathra's Cymmon Parker sharing the honours in the women's division.
Runners-up were both out of the Breakers camp with Katlyn Scott and Angelita Hochkins drawing level before the season was brought to a standstill.
The league also named a senior men's and women's squad of the year, overflowing with the best talent the coast has to offer.
Mr Wallis said there some exciting emerging players and singled out Harry Bromwich and Keegan Burhop as players to watch.
"both young up and coming players that have just risen to a new level since diving into senior footy and it's good to see them get a bit of a reward for their efforts."
Despite missing a finals series, Mr Wallis said they felt a little bit lucky to get most of the home and away season wrapped up and it has left clubs with an itch to come back strong next season.
"We're happy with how the season panned out and there is a sense in club land that there is some unfinished business there," he said.
"I just want to reiterate to thank everyone involved all our hard-working and tireless volunteers and we hope everyone sticks by their club to come back strong in season 2022."
