Teacher Librarian at Pambula Public School, Karen Tarpey said it was an incredible effort from all of the families with a range of costumes that reflected the students love of literature and reading.
"There were some very elaborate costumes, some simple and creative, some very large and some very subtle. All were amazing and the students were buzzing all day," Mrs Tarpey (aka The Dreadful Fluff) said.
"It is one of the highlights of the school calendar year and the costumes never ceased to amaze me. The students were more excited than ever this year to celebrate book fair and said they wished it was every week," she added.
"The wide range books of quality books were supplied by Collins Booksellers Merimbula as the school community recognises it is more important than ever to shop local," Mrs Tarpey said.
An exciting and fun day was had by all.
