Merimbula Dolphins bowlers contested district events on Saturday and Sunday. The triples team of Richard Thorpe, Tom Shapcott and Paul Rogers made the final, but went down to the strong team from Huskisson, but the reserve triples title was taken by Merimbula through Nathan Ward, Brent Daley and David Croker with a strong win over Malua Bay.

Chris Grebert and Richard Thorpe went down to Malua Bay in the Open Pairs final, while Phil Burns and Wayne Lodge had a decisive win over Moruya. In the reserve pairs Mick O`Hanlon and Ben Hoff were successful over the from Milton/Ulladulla. Under the dome at Merimbula, district ladies pairs were contested with Kirsty Woods and Mandy Miller defeting Alison Hoff and Joy Scott in an all Merimbula finale. Win Cameron and Dulcie Buckland defeated Narelle Robinson and Sharon Nash in seniors.
