The Bluedogs had posted 126 in their opening innings on Saturday, but were banking on a second innings result after the Eden club had fired back with 177 runs on its home turf at the Eden Cricket Ground.
However, the hosts had other plans when Pambula went back out with the bat on Sunday afternoon, with Bell wiping nine wickets off Pambula's account for the club to crumble to an all-out for 78 result.
Eden spokesman Drew Mudaliar said Bell had an incredible round that set up the result for Eden.
"He takes 9 wickets including a hat trick that drives the side to an outright win over Pambula," Mudaliar shared on social media.
In the opening innings a 38 was the top score for the Bluedogs with Tom Hammond leading the way before he was bowled by Harrison Baker.
Rory McAlpin had carded 20 runs earlier in the piece, while both Shane Garrett and Charlie Baker were dismissed for unlucky 13 counts.
Eden's Patrick Kearney led the hosts' reply with an unbeaten 74 runs to secure man of the match.
Backed up by 47 from Mark Spink that led Eden to a strong total of 177 with Charlie Baker taking a five-wicket haul
Then despite 34 from Jake Taylor the second innings fell flat giving Eden the result.
Meanwhile, Merimbula will secure first innings points after declaring on a leading tally against the Bermagui Breakers.
Bermagui held the crease for 72 overs on Saturday and set up a solid run chase after batting to 181 all-out.
Jack Allen topped the scoring for the host squad, knocking 55 runs with some solid contributions down the order including 44 from Sean Lambert.
Dylan Jordan led the way with the ball to take four wickets for Merimbula and set up a run chase on Sunday.
The Knights declared after running down the required in the 68th over to finish on 8-183.
Jordan scored 61 runs in the middle order to firm up from a mild start to the innings for the Knights with a few cheap wickets early to the Breakers.
A nice knock of 32 by Tyler Gray-Johnson and a further 30 from Aaron Miller had the Knights holding down the crease and building towards the required. Beau Bennett's 19 through the middle tipped the difference for Merimbula to declare.
