Artists SueEllen Yates and Yasmin Threadgate designed the mural which has been painted with help from disabled community members.
"We've had people in wheelchairs, people with autism and just people who have stopped and got involved say how much they have enjoyed it," SueEllen said.
She has made potato stamps with fish and leaves on for anyone unable to hold a brush.
"One lady with a disability came by and said she had lost her mum in the last week and used to do art with her so she painted a spot for her mum; it was really lovely," SueEllen said.
The design has a mixture of local flora and fauna in it. It's where the ocean and the lake meet the hills of the coast," she said.
The Disability Trust is providing the materials and the artists are working with support from the Merimbula Chamber of Commerce and council.
