The Tura Beach Medical Centre is experiencing problems with its phone lines and has been advised by Telstra that it may not have full service restored until October 26 at the earliest.
Stephen Nimmo said that the practice has a temporary phone diverted to a mobile but it has intermittent availability.
"We are aware patients and health providers have had difficulty contacting us. We have not had full telephone/fax since September 30," Mr Nimmo said.
"As we continue to working on getting the phone working, we can be contacted on 0477 681 386. Routine appointments can be made online via our website- www.turabeachmc.com.au. We can still receive enquiries via email, Facebook messenger or the enquiries form on our website," the centre said on its Facebook post.
In an emergency call 000 or visit your nearest hospital emergency department for a serious illness or injury.
