Jean and Lou Brichacek celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, September 23.
They were married in Germany on September 23, 1950, moved to Australia the next year and have been living in Tura Beach since 1991.
Jean and Lou were joined by their family to celebrate this very special occasion: their children and partners Roy and Sue, Jeff and Peta, Jenny and Ted along with their grandchildren Sallie, Lara, Emily, Anna, Hallam and Gina.
"No-one could ask for better parents or grandparents than Jean and Lou and we are all very happy to still have them in our lives today," Jenny, on behalf of the family, said.
"Extended family and friends also send their congratulations to this very loving couple on their special day."
