The first is an online event on September 19 that will feature bushfire stories from the Cobargo region as well as performances by local artists, and Ms Doolin described it as a teaser for the coming events.
"We will be letting people know what we've been up to, what we've been doing and what we want to achieve," she said.
The main event will be an online festival in December, telling stories of bushfire recovery from up and down the coast and featuring national artists.
"We will be telling the story of the process of the year, from the fire response, the recovery to where people are at with the rebuild," Ms Doolin said.
She said funds raised through the festival will be used to build sheds for people who lost their homes in summer's unprecedented bushfire disaster, so they can have a working space as well as secure space to store items.
The festival has already received support from the likes of Mambo Graphics and Mental As Anything's Reg Mombassa, who designed an artwork inspired by the town.
Ms Doolin said nine months on from the bushfires the Cobargo community was "pretty fractured".
"Cobargo is very traumatised, there's fracturing going on everywhere," she said.
"This is the time of year I was concerned about, when we get the spring winds. I think that will bring some trauma to people.
"It's been a long road.
"There is a little bit of hope with spring, but there's that anxiety coming in as well."
Fire Up Cobargo will streamed on the event's Facebook page, which can be found by searching for "Fire Up Cobargo Rebuild Festival" on Facebook, as well as its YouTube channel from 5pm on Saturday, September 19.
