Matches will go ahead on Saturday as usual, with under 18s squads being an addition to the card until senior competition returns in 2021.
With seven clubs confirmed to take part across the 2020 draw there will be three rounds held each week with one club to have a bye.
Four clubs have signed up for the under 18 fixture with Bega, Tathra, Moruya, and Batemans Bay to provide a mainstay for the future of senior clubs.
"it's most important that we continue to provide games for these younger players - they're the players that will sustain our competition in the future and we need to provide every opportunity to keep them in the game," senior group chairman Allan Wilton said.
Meanwhile, after early concerns about a potential withdrawal, Rugby League NSW have been able to coordinate with the Narooma Devils to retain their presence in the competition this season with the Devils to be joined by the Bega Roosters, Tathra Sea Eagles, Moruya Sharks, Bay Tigers, Bombala Blue Heelers and the Merimbula-Pambula Bulldogs.
The draw will run from this weekend through to round eight on September 5 with the competition also allowing for two days of finals ahead of the Grand final on September 19.
There will also be a mini-carnival day, planned for September 12.
Group 16 officials said it was wonderful to see the juniors getting a run, while commending all clubs providing COVID-19 officers to ensure safe play.
