The class is "pay how you feel" with an organiser saying the recommended donation was $15.
Donations can be anonymous and if you have suffered financially during these fires you can have a free class.
The event will be a beginner Pilates class focusing on flexibility and balance.
It will be run by exercise physiologist Abbey Dalton who has been teaching Pilates for five years and has an extensive knowledge of physiology.
Bring your own mat and a rolled-up towel or cushion and arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to fill out an exercise pre-screen.
All are welcome, but you will need to be able to get down onto a mat on the floor.
Children are welcome with a supervising adult provided they can focus through a one-hour class.
The class will be held at the Tathra Community Hall, Tathra on Saturday, February 1 from 9am.
So organisers know numbers, register your interest by texting or calling Ms Dalton on 0400 788 295 or Clarra on 0438 081 430.
