After six intense games across the weekend, the Coast team were declared the under 15s division two winners following a great finals 1-0 finals contest with Sydney East on Monday.
The tournament involved two matches on Saturday and a further two on Sunday where strong performances earned the girls a spot in the semi-finals - finishing second in the regular draw.
Officials said it was great to see the FSC performing well with highly fancied opponents in the draw including Sydney East, North sydney and Beaches, Goulburm and Canberra.
The team was largely based from the Sapphire Coast competition with Eurobodalla player Nieve Hoffman joining in.
Monday saw the squad head into semi-final playoffs with North Sydney and Beaches, earning themselves the grand final contest and going on to clinch the title.
Team manager Vicki Marks said it was a surprising win for the girls who adapted to the artificial turf quickly over the weekend.
"The competition was very close and the girls combined well, improving immensely as the comp went on," she said. "We were definitely the underdogs, but improved everyday to shock the Sydney teams."
"The girls were estatic upon their win but showed drive, guts and determination [throughout the competition].
"It was a lovely win and great weekend with great friends and making awesome memories."
