If you have blankets, warm linen and clothing to donate to Vinnies, the motorcyclists will be leaving from Club Sapphire at 10.30am.
First they will head to Pambula to stop by Oaklands and Robert Smith Homemakers, then back into Merimbula by 11.30am.
There they will stop at the Visitor Information Centre - which is a drop-off location for your blankets in advance of the ride - as well as "rattle the tins" along the street for donations.
By 12.30 the group of bikers plan to be arriving in Bega to once again canvass the main street and Littleton Gardens for last-minute donations, before making the delivery to the Bega Vinnies store on Gipps St.
If you can't make your donations during those ride times, the Merimbula Visitor Information Centre and Bega District News office (Friday) are drop-off locations for blankets, pillows and warm clothing.
All donated items will be distributed by Vinnies Bega to disadvantaged people in the region who approach the charity for help this winter.
Organiser Glenn Cotter from the Bega Valley Motorcycle Expo said riders from all local and visiting groups are welcome to join in.
He thanked Sapphire Marketplace for coming on board as a major supporter, as well as other key supporters Robert Smith Homemakers, Furniture One, Club Sapphire and Club Bega.
