One of her recent promotions captured the interest of a US based publisher for whom she is now writing a series of books. To help other writers achieve their goal of selling more books on a budget, she is conducting a writing workshop on Saturday, May 18, 1-3.30pm at Club Sapphire, Merimbula.

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of promotion such as the buying habits of readers, what makes an effective promotion, promoting online and in a physical environments, as well as running through dozens of ways to promote that cost nothing or very little, as well as ways to maximise the small budget the average writer has.

Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. The cost is $20 for members of the Writers of the Far South Coast group, concession, and students holders. Or $25 for non-members. Further details can be found online at www.writersfsc.org.au. Tickets can be purchased on the day.
