The man, aged in his 30s, pleaded guilty in Bega Local Court in March to six counts of aggravated indecent assault of a victim under his authority, and will face court again on May 28.
The man has admitted to sexually assaulting his teenage stepdaughter between February and April last year, while his now estranged wife has pleaded not guilty to allegations by police she concealed his crimes from authorities.
The mother, also aged in her 30s, has pleaded not guilty to concealing a serious indictable offence of another person.
Court documents reveal the mother allegedly failed to notify authorities about three offences in April last year, and allegedly concealed information which police say would have led to her husband's arrest.
The pair cannot be named for legal reasons.
Magistrate Doug Dick referred the woman's charges to Crown prosecutors, and adjourned the matter to Bega Local Court on Tuesday, May 14.
