Held at Berrambool Oval, the students showcased their Aussie rules ability in the hopes of a spot with the FSC PSSA Imlay Bombers outfit.
Representative convenor and coach Phil Jackson said the students were a credit to their school and families.
A team has been selected with good representation from around the Bega Valley, and the coach congratulated everyone who was picked with plenty of quality in the side.
Six students from Merimbula have made the cut, while a further three from Pambula are in the mix and they will be joined by Eden's Anthony Seach in the 22-strong list.
Mr Jackson said the team was even more special this year as it would be the last in the existing jumper.
"The Imlay Bombers will amalgamate with the Eurobodalla PSSA region in 2020 so this is unfortunately the last Bombers AFL team in the black and red with the Orca symbol," Mr Jackson said.
The Imlay Bombers will now play in the South Coast Carnival at Hanging Rock Oval, Batemans Bay on Friday march 29.
A South Coast Marlins team will be selected after the day's play to compete in the State AFL Carnival in Sydney.
Organisers thanked Neil Rainbow who helped with skills and umpiring, photographer Shirley Rixon, as well as Diggers president Jason Raeck, SCAFL development's Mitch Wallis, Michelle Hulme and Richard Janson.
