In a fun filled funraiser with live entertainment the Pambula District Hospital Auxiliary (PDHA) event proved to be an extremely successful at Longstocking Brewery at Oaklands in Pambula.

The responsive and generous community approach to the needs of essential equipment for the Pambula Hospital generated more and necessary funding from the event through the ticketing of food and drinks as well as raffle prizes donated by the Oaklands Cafe, Oaklands Barn and the Longstocking Brewery.
The auxiliary expresses their appreciation at the strong sponsorship support shown by the Oaklands Events Centre Complex and all those who supported the fundraiser.
Even visitors from France attended and thoroughly enjoyed the function.
During the PDHA February meeting Mitzi Hyland, Unit Nurse Manager of Pambula Hospital, presented the New Wish List in which the auxiliary members gave the approval for the purchase of the following items that included a Titanium Ring Cutter, Tilt In Space Aspire Wheelchair and also a Folding Wheelchair.
Also the PDHA is looking forward to hosting the Southern Eastern UHA Zone Day at the Wharf Restaurant in Merimbula on Monday 8 April 2019 with the anticipation of large numbers attending as well as visiting the tourist highlights of the local area.
The next meeting for the PDHA will be held on Wednesday 27 March 2019 at 10.00am in the function room at the Pambula Hospital.
