AMAZING TALENT: Daniel Champagne will be at this year's festival.

The Cobargo Folk Festival is on this weekend, from March 1-3 at the Cobargo Showground.

The diverse range of performers include both domestic and international acts.

Sharon Shannon, the button accordion player from Ireland, has recorded and toured with a who’s who of the Irish and global music industry including Bono, Sinead O’Connor, Jackson Browne and The Waterboys.

Shane Howard is a prolific Australian songwriter, whose songs champion the cause of the common man, the environment and the injustices endured by the Indigenous Australian people.

Singer-songwriter Jordie Lane's acclaimed album Glassellland made its debut into the top 100 US Americana chart and won a slew of praise and awards, including Double J Album Of The Week.

There will also be Australian singer-songwriter Luke O'Shea, Bega Valley favourite Daniel Champagne, soulful Irish singer Susan O'Neill and many more.
