The addendum will be on public exhibition and open for submissions for 21 days from June 27.
The proposal, believed to be worth in the vicinity of $10.4million, is to build a recreational flight school for Chinese student pilots at the airfield south of Bega, complete with accommodation facilities on-site.
The proposal has been met with considerable public objection and the council also determined in December to make a submission against the DA.
The DA will be assessed by the Southern Joint Regional Planning Panel, but documentation is still processed via BVSC planning staff.
