Going against a highly fancied Illawarra Dragons roster, the Monaro Colts had no problem silencing any nay-sayers as they devastated the Dragons 48-18.
The roster features three Group 16 players in Shepherdson, Bombala forward Luke Ingram and Narooma forward Andrew Ayers.
Ayers missed the semi-final match up, while Ingram started off the bench as a utility and Shepherdson showcased his speed and step from the wing.
The Colts will clash with the Northern Rivers, who continued their ominous form with a commanding 64-12 victory over North Coast to advance.
The Country Championship final will be at Kirkman Park, Camden at 12.30pm with the league-tag 23s final at 11.30am.
Both games will be streamed live at www.crlnsw.com.au and on Facebook.
