Party-goers enjoyed a dip in the pool, a BBQ and some cool tunes at the disco.
Disability Trust facilitator Shane Johnson said that the event was a great way for the region’s youth to relax after a busy week of activities
“It was a good way to end the week, and wind-down,” he said.
The relaxed event was also a good opportunity for Disability Trust clientele to get out and about and meet new friends, with party-goers from across the shire coming together for the event, Mr Johnson said.
“Some of our clientele don’t get out much on a Friday night,” he said. “It was a great opportunity for them to hang-out with people they don’t usually associate with.”
The Pool Party was part of a suite of events planned for New South Wales Youth Week which ran from Friday April 13 to Sunday April 22.
