The annual food festival is a showcase for local chefs and providores with seafood, fish, meat, local fruits, bread, pastries and ice cream all on offer.
From the outset business was brisk with people queuing before the event had even officially opened at 10am.
The crowds ambled along the foreshore armed with their menus and maps, sat at the tables provided to chat and enjoy their selections or sat on one of the jettys.
Early indications are the festival has attracted yet more people to the area this time and added to its growing reputation.
