Come along and learn plenty about the art of embroidery from the wealth of expertise in the local CWA.
This workshop covers basics, including suitable fabrics, counted thread work which is an introduction to many European embroideries. Visitors and members from other CWA branches are most welcome.
It is not essential to participate; come along to CWA Hall at 24 Toalla Street, Pambula to meet some of our members, and enjoy morning tea and a friendly chat.
In other news the handicraft ladies have already started on a project ready for the group competition to be held at Bermagui in March.
