The result means the club is now holding down second place on the ladder, while the Bluedogs languish just outside the top four in fifth place.
The Knights are 40 competition points behind the front-running Tathra Sea Eagles, but have kept Pambula in fifth place with a solid result over the Bluedogs on the weekend.
Played at Berrambool oval, the visiting Bluedogs won the toss and elected to bat, where they were able to finish the innings on 9/141.
Some solid results scattered throughout the order saw the Pambula run rate ticking along solidly, while the Knights were also claiming some cheap wickets.
Opener Josh Hammond was returned to the sheds with six runs to his name, but big brother Tom Hammond held out to score 16 at the top of the order.
Number three Liam Allen was also heading towards a solid innings, building to 20 runs before he was run out.
The Bluedogs’ best came from Shane Baird in the middle of the order, who laid down 36 runs in a good stint, while late in the order Gabriel Walker was working hard with 17-runs not-out.
A pair of 10s from Ethan Adams and Harry McAlpin helped the Bluedogs set the defensible mark against the Knights.
Merimbula’s Brendan Daley had done most of the damage with the ball, claiming three wickets for the hosts, while Ash Postance secured two.
Unfortunately for the visitors, the Knights had the target in their sights, hitting 146 in 23 overs and dropping just two wickets on the way.
Opener Daley was not out and was cruising towards a half century when the Knights found the mark, finishing not-out on 42.
Matt Lawson and Dylan Jordan both went out swinging with the pair each claiming 31 runs apiece before they were returned to the sheds.
Tom Kellar helped close the innings, not-out on 19 as the Knights surpassed the total set by the Bluedogs.
Adams and McAlpin were the two wicket-takers for the visiting Pambula side.
With just a few rounds to play before the finals, the Tathra Sea Eagles now hold a near unassailable lead on the competition.
The club would have to lose their final four games for any club to catch up.
Meanwhile, the Bluedogs are only just outside the top four and could sneak – especially if results go against the South Euro Pirates or Eden clubs.
Round 12 goes ahead on Saturday with three rounds to follow before the finals campaign opens on March 3.
The Bluedogs will play host to Eden at the Pambula Sporting Complex.
The Knights are on the road to take on the Pirates at Dalmeny Oval with both matches to go ahead from 1pm on Saturday.
Bermagui are the cellar dwellars of the draw and are unlikely to rise from the bottom position.
