Ambulance wait times
I had a motorcycle accident three weeks ago, ambos were there and cutting up my $270 protective jeans within four minutes. Unfortunately, a lot of slow response times is the result of poor health industry funding resulting in lots of staff and utility cuts where rural/small towns suffer the most. It's the result of the Liberal government thinking Australia will be run on coal ports and not infrastructure.

Until a permanent solution is found, why not automatically respond with the fire brigade? Both Fire Rescue and the RFS have defibrillators and it could mean the difference between saving a life or not.

Sorry if I offend. Always hated them since I was a little girl. Money literally up in smoke and animals fleeing. Don't see the fun or reason. Plenty of kinder, cheaper and friendlier ways to celebrate.
