A club spokeswoman said a number of local businesses had come on board to support the efforts in the George Bass, but funds raised had also been used to purchase vital lifesaving equipment as well as supporting the Same Wave (Nippers) program.
The club thanks Merimbula Coach Tours - providing transport, meals and camping equipment for all 3 crews
P4mance Health & Fitness - strength & cardio training with Peter & Peggy for Women's Crew
Tarryn Lucas Fitness - bootcamp & strength training with Tarryn for Women's Crew
XO Foods - providing hats & turmeric moozly for fuel to back up each day
Seeto, Dodd & Dwyer Merimbula Amcal Pharmacy - blister packs & strapping for crews
We recently held a 100 Club raffle in November with all proceeds going towards equipment for the Surf Club
The reverse draw with the last 6 tickets remaining have had there business names printed on the 3 surfboats that will be used in the George Bass for 2018. There business names will be on the surf boats for the next 2 years which will be great advertising while cruising up & down the coast.
The winners this year were;

We would also like to thank the other 94 businesses that purchased tickets in this very successful raffle. The Club has recently purchase nippers boards, rescue tubes & boards as well as seats & pumps for the surfboats.
