During the raid 31 horses, 11 cattle and 14 sheep were impounded, with 10 horses now the subject of an animal welfare investigation by RSPCA officers.
The woman was handed an impounding notice.
The operation included officers from the South Coast Police District, Rural Crime Investigators, Bega detectives and officers from the RSPCA and NSW Department of Primary Industries, with the livestock covering up to 40ha of Crown Land on Mogilla Rd.
According to police, the raid came after they received information the stock had been kept illegally on the land for some years, and the muster was conducted after negotiations between the owner and Crown lands staff failed.
Police inquiries are continuing.
