A near capacity audience viewed films ranging in genre and style from the talented group of secondary students. Mr. Staubli praised the students for their creative ideas and outstanding technical skills.
“Most of the students began studying photography in Year 9 and have followed the course through the years because of their strong interest in film and the media.”
A number of the young film makers expressed their desire to pursue film making as a potential career once they leave school.
Lumen expressed its thanks and appreciation to cinema operations manager Jesse Tankard for opening the cinema for the special screening.
