Merimbula RSL sub-branch president Allan Browning led a service at 11am to a crowd wearing poppies on the 99th anniversary of the Armistice that ended the First World War
Following a live rendition of the Last Post, wreaths were laid in memory of the fallen.
The 15-minute service concluded with the playing of the New Zealand and Australian national anthems.
