Tarryn Lucas Fitness and Nicole Staight, a physiotherapist for PINC and STEEL, have joined forces to host a Move Beyond Cancer event.
Merimbula’s Biggest Workout is being held this Saturday, November 11, at 10am on Ford Oval. It will comprise a 45-minutes fitness session run by Lucas.
The workout will be structured to cater for all fitness levels and ages, so no one will miss out on the opportunity to participate.
Move Beyond Cancer is a nation-wide campaign that launched in October.
All money raised from this event will go to PINC and STEEL, a foundation that provides funding for local people diagnosed with cancer to receive physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
The rehabilitation program helps decrease treatment related side effects, prevents long term physical impairments, and ultimately improves quality of life.
Tickets for the event are available through the Tarryn Lucas Fitness website at www.tarrynlucas.com.
More information about the campaign can be found at www.pincandsteel.com.
