The ever-popular community fruit and veg stall will be a sea of green with avocados, silverbeet, herbs, citrus and much more. The market will also have veggie garden seedlings on sale at a great price.
Seedling man Rob Cochrane from Karma Farm at Millingandi, will also have tried and tested crop seedlings for sale, so if you’re getting your veggie garden in order, a visit to the spring market is a must.
The market welcomes Kalaru’s Annette Sillis and her homemade pork pies to the spring market. It welcomes back Wheatley Lane Bread, Dulce Ana and her sinfully delicious dulce lece, XO foods and their fab muesli, and Gary and Deling from Towamba with their authentic apple pies.
The Nethercote Residents will cook up a breakfast storm on the barbecue, with proceeds supporting further Nethercote Hall improvements. Then sit in the sun outside and listen to live music from Red Heart Blue.
Watch Rasheed whip up some south Indian chicken, lentils and rice in the kitchen cooking demo at 11am.
Nethercote Hall is situated on the corner of Nethercote and Back Creek Roads.
