Samantha Joyce Perry, of High Street, Bega, appeared via AVL before Magistrate Doug Dick in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, July 11, where the case was adjourned so the defence and the prosecution could reach an agreement.
Perry’s solicitor John Edmunds said the defence had made a counter offer to the prosecution, which was currently being considered.
The 27-year-old is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent to murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after an alleged altercation in the toy section of the store on Saturday, April 23.
She will face Batemans Bay Local Court again on July 25.
Police allege Perry stabbed the victim in the neck with a plastic knife before fleeing the scene.
