Zanzibar was also recognised with the number 7 place in the NSW regional restaurants top 10, and a “wine glass” for their wine list.
Gourmet Traveller praised Zanzibar for its “elegent plating and precise technique” and singled out host Renee Loftus for her “outstanding service and savvy wine suggestions.”
Renee and chef, Huw Jones, have again been invited to attend the 2015 Sydney Morning Herald good food guide awards, and will be hoping to recieve a “Chefs Hat” award for the third consecutive year.
