A man in his 50s was airlifted to The Canberra Hospital at around 1pm, Thursday, July 24 after being trapped under a tree.

Police and paramedics rushed to the scene of the accident at a property off Burragate Road, near Wyndham.
The man was trapped after a limb fell from a tree and pinned him to the ground across his pelvis.
The Snowy Hydro SouthCare helicopter was called to assist and flew into Wyndham Oval. The injured man was transported by ambulance to the oval and then airlifted to Canberra.
