Your new role
As a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted with managing 24/7 support and responsible for managing Team Leads and Support Engineers who offer Level 1-3 support. You’ll be required to support this team with meeting SLA’s, updating and supplying resources to ensure a smooth functioning department, conducting one-on-one meetings and provide monthly performance reports.
