Your new role
As a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted with managing 24/7 support and responsible for managing Team Leads and Support Engineers who offer Level 1-3 support. You’ll be required to support this team with meeting SLA’s, updating and supplying resources to ensure a smooth functioning department, conducting one-on-one meetings and provide monthly performance reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally you’ll have at least 8 years of experience of tech support within the IT Industry
• Previous Management experience is desirable
• Prior experience working with Mobile Device Management solutions
• Technology – Windows Mobile, IOS, Blackberry and Android devices, Microsoft SQL, previous database and networking experience.
• Degree or Diploma in Computing Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluent in an additional language/s an added bonus.)
