Service Designers

Job Requirements:

• Contract: 12 months with 2 x 6 month options
• Location: Sydney or Melbourne or Geelong (Vic)
• Eligibility: This role is in a Federal Government environment and the client is limited to accepting only Australian Citizens.

The role:

Our client is seeking a Service Designer who will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in very complex problem solving and issues management within the Service Design & Improvement functions. The position
will exercise sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level policy advice and operational support.

Experience needed:

• Delivering service design blueprints & associated deliverables
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Service industry, with an end user process
• Stakeholder management experience
• Salesforce experience advantageous
