What you'll need to succeed
As an already an accomplished recruiter in a specialist market and your expertise, professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become a go to industry expert. You’ll already have a strong presence in your chosen market and have access to an extensive candidate network, as well as strong business development skills in your arena. You’ll demonstrate the confidence to work strategically to further develop your client base, utilising an established and ambitious sales plan, incorporating, and leveraging your current network of clients. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, with a passion for building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike and already be a valued and trusted advisor to your industry. In addition to delivering exceptional personal results, you’ll also be skilled in supporting others to achieve their growth targets in the industry using your first-class business development skills, networking capabilities and collaborative approach.
