PMO Lead

My client, a leading Medical Defence Organisation is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join their Program Director and Group Head Of Strategy to deliver a diverse range of initiatives for new Products and Services.

Your new role

• Commence and deliver programs of work across the group
• Establish, manage and implement the delivery of the group projects.
• Identify and manage any constraints for effective delivery of the group strategic plans.
• Identify, establish and embed businesses processes
• Develop documentation and project reporting

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Project Management with extensive project management experience ideally in the insurance industry
• Extensive Project Management skills and experience with a strong focus on planning, execution and managing stakeholders, issues and risks
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills leading and managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to coordinate the activities of a range of different people to ensure projects get delivered in line with the agreed timeline, scope and cost profile.
