Hays Education is a leading supplier of casual and permanent staff to the Early Childhood sector in Sydney. We work with a large range of quality centres including not-for-profit, council-run and community centres. Due to increased demand in for Hays casual workers we require OOSH Educators who are available to work in childcare services across the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney CBD region.

Your new role

Responsibilities would include: working with the centre coordinator to deliver appropriate programs for children; building relationships with children and their carers, setting up activities and leading groups of children to do sports or craft, setting afternoon tea and following and implementing key policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working with children
• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certificate
• Confidence with behaviour management strategies with children
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations around the Inner West and CBD Sydney regions.
