What you'll need to succeed

• Cert III Engineering – Mechanical, Fabrication, Technical OR Cert IV Engineering Or Cert III Automotive
• Recognised experience in a similar capacity/role is essential for trade qualified roles
• Industry experience and technical ability for all unqualified trade roles
• Good communication
• High level of drive and self-motivation
