Your new role
As an IT Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting the legal team onsite. Day to day you will be the first point of contact regarding IT related queries and assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware. In addition, you may provide:

• Audio / Visual Conference support
• Technical Software Support
• Run diagnostics on OS & Applications
• Multimedia file editing

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in similar role
• Experience across Outlook, Windows OS
• Strong customer service skills

Due to the nature of this position, the ability to obtain a Baseline Security clearance is critical - Australian Citizenship is required for consideration for this position.
