Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic customer service agent with excellent communication and organisational skills to join a national market leading automotive organisation with offices based in Silverwater. This role sits within the Sydney service team and reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate has a professional, energetic and friendly demeanour whilst having high attention to detail. This is a full-time office-based position. Our client will provide 1:1 training and support in order for you feel confident and comfortable to provide accurate customer service. Our client's team puts the customers at the centre of everything they do they aim to deliver seamless and responsive service. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries (email/telephone) in a timely and professional manner that aligns with the company values
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, courteous and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Promptly answer incoming calls
  • Accurately process customer orders
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of products and services
  • Provide accurate product information to customers as required and refer to Product Managers or BDM's for support
  • Process Customer Credit Card payments as required
  • Provide support to BDMs, Warehouse and Production as requested.
  • Where applicable, identify opportunities for improvement for discussion

Ideally looking for:

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is essential
  • Both written and verbal communication skills to be clear, concise and confident
  • Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Natural problem solver
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
